i. Make an Online inquiry
Fill in the inquiry form online providing your details. Remember to include the email address so that we can get back to you. All the details you enter on the inquiry form are safe and will NEVER be used for marketing or sold to third parties. We will only use your email to communicate to you about your car rental. We will respond with an offer to your inquiry immediately or not later than an hour after you have made your inquiry.
ii. Accept or negotiate the offer
We will give you an offer based on whether you are hiring the car for a few hours, days, weeks or whether you are hiring it for the long term. Price is determined by: the type or make of the car, the period of hire, the distance to be covered during the hire and the size of the engine.
iii. Pay
You can choose to pay SAFELY via paypal or bank transfer. If you are in Kenya, you can safely pay using MPESA. Please note that we accept payment by cheques only when the cheque payment is made 14days prior to collecting the vehicle.
In this regard, we must caution our customers against issuing a cheque against an overdrawn, dormant, an account with insufficient funds or an account with incumberances that may lead to the cheque bouncing. Such incidents are treated as criminal offences in Kenya according to the law.
